Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and unopened.
  • The original packaging, seals, and labels remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfumes that have been opened, used, or have broken seals unless the product is defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with broken seals
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
